Time for reflection. In several articles and books on leadership, development, and health, we are often reminded of the value of reflecting, in order to take on a new direction and learn from previous experiences.
We are beginning to see the light at the end of the dark pandemic tunnel and even though there is a huge amount of work to be done in this area, we still have to ask ourselves the question right now what we can learn from these months of illness, lockdowns, and frustration. After all, there are among others, two elements for which we are all responsible, reduced species barriers and the way we travel that escalated the situation rapidly. We must respect that Mother Earth slaps us on the wrist sometimes if we do not become more sustainable in our way of life. Personal reflection is needed on how we consume, ways of traveling, or other types of choices we make in our everyday lives… am I sustainable (?).
We want you to feel a sense of peace and well-being by wrapping yourself in our towels or eventually when you go to bed to rest between your CHIMI bedding, but while doing so the feeling must be good all the way. Organic material, more than reasonable production conditions, and high quality are a few of the aspects we are constantly working on to make our brand more sustainable. We see the value in this, and also value our relationship with you, that it is sustainable and long-lasting. That’s why we have a Black Friday offer lined up like everyone else. We’d like to call it Reversed Black Friday. Regular price, sustainable conditions, sustainable world.
We want to encourage reflection; is it reasonable to consume at the expense of sustainability? No matter what your answer is, we hope you buy things you need when you need them … preferably from us, of course. 😉
