Here’s the most frequently asked questions we get at Chimi Home.

– Ordering

If an order is out of stock, can i still order it?

Orders cannot be placed for out of stock items, unless it clearly states it is an order on request item, this will be displayed on the product page. Products are not reserved until your order has been confirmed.

Do you include price information inside your parcels?

All orders includes a commercial invoice with price information inside.

Can i cancel or amend an order online?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or change it. If you still wish to cancel your order, please return your order once received, in accordance to our returns policy here.

Can i order by telephone?

Unfortunately we can’t take orders over telephone at this moment.

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards via Klarna and PayPal. The payment will be debited once your order is confirmed. 

What currencies can i pay in?

The following currencies can be used: SEK and EUR.

Is the ordering process secure?

Yes; at CHIMI HOME we maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

Can i have my order gift-wrapped?

Yes. At CHIMI HOME we offer a luxury gift wrapping service. If your items are suitable for this service they can be wrapped in a luxurious black textured paper; each parcel is then tied with an embossed satin ribbon and you will have the option to select this service at the checkout stage and include your own personalised message.

Can i order to another adress than my own?

Yes. You can change this by yourself in Klarna Checkout.

Do you offer a click & collect service?

Unfortunately we do not offer click & collect service.

Does the parcel require a signature?

Yes. Our parcels are sent by courier who do require the parcel to be sign for.

Which courier do you use?

For all deliveries we use DHL as our courier.

Can i track my delivery?

Yes. You will be able to track your delivery with our courier once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has left our warehouse, and this will include your tracking number so that you are able to follow the progress of your parcel.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver free of charge to Sweden, EU countries, Great Britain, Japan, Norway and USA.

– Returns

What is your returns policy?

Items purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund. The item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

If your order has arrived damaged please email us with clear photos of the damage and we will be able to help you further.

Please note we do not offer exchanges and once an order has been placed we cannot amend it.

How will i be refunded and how long will it take to receive?

We aim to process your refund within 14 days from the date you sent your item(s). You will be notified when the refund has been processed, and the method of payment you used to order the item(s) will be credited if received within 30 days of dispatch.

Can i change my existing order?

Please contact our us as soon as possible if you would like to amend an order.

We cannot amend your order if it has already been picked in our warehouse, but we will endeavour to help wherever we can. If an order has already been dispatched from our warehouse upon receiving your request, our  team can assist you with re-calling the parcel to CHIMI HOME. Please note that we will not cover any costs incurred during this process.

Can you arrange a collection of the goods?

Unfortunately it`s not possible to collect any goods.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your item(s) has arrived in an unsuitable condition please contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Help! i've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password that is linked to your Amara account, you can simply go to the log in page and select “forgotten password”. From here, you will be asked to enter your email address that is linked to your account and you will receive an email containing a link to re-set your password.

Trademark application number 2018/01896 was filed 2018-03-18 and was registered 2018-07-12 under number 546562. Announcement day 2018-07-12. The Swedish Patent and Registration Office certifies that the trademark pictured in the attached document is entered in the trademark register with the information stated on the back of the certificate. The company Chimi Home AB was registered 2020-05-19
